• Measurements may vary slightly due to fabric nature.
• Availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders of certain items if stock becomes unavailable.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Kuwait only

We do not store or access your card details. All payments are processed securely by Tap Payments.
4. Order Processing
Once you place an order:
• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
• Orders cannot be modified once processed or dispatched.
• During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
• Payment issues
• Incorrect address
• Unavailable stock
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded (if payment was already completed).
5. Shipping & Delivery
By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.
Kuwait Orders
• Delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery fees depend on your location.
International Orders
• Shipped via DHL International Courier.
• Delivery takes 4–8 working days depending on country and customs.
• Customs duties/taxes are not covered by Mubaraka Hijab.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs
• Courier issues
• Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
6. Returns & Refunds
By using our website, you agree to our Refund Policy.
Local Kuwait Returns
• Accepted in-store only
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
• Receipt is required
• Returns through courier are not accepted
International Orders
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds
• All international orders are final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item:
• Contact us on the same day
• Send photos/videos via WhatsApp or Email
• We will verify and provide a replacement
7. Preorder Policy
By purchasing a preorder item, you agree that:
• The item is not in stock yet
• Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page
• Preorders cannot be cancelled after payment
• If you order ready + preorder items together, they may be shipped together
