We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
If something isn’t right, we are here to help within the guidelines below.

Return & Exchange Policy
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
For Kuwait (Local Orders):
• Returns are accepted in-store and online only for Kuwait Customers.
• Courier / delivery returns will be accepted only in Kuwait but the Return Delivery Charge would be paid by Customer.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• The original purchase receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
For International Orders:
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for international purchases.
• All sales are final due to international shipping and customs regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them.
If you receive an item that is:
• damaged
• defective
• or incorrect
Contact us on the same day via WhatsApp or email.
We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to complete the refund.
Important Notes
• Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
• For hygiene and quality reasons, hijabs that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or stretching are not eligible for return.
