Shipping policy

We aim to deliver every order safely, quickly, and with full transparency. 
Below are our shipping guidelines for Kuwait and International customers. 

1. Domestic Delivery (Kuwait) 
All local deliveries are handled through our trusted local courier partners. 
• Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. 
• Orders below 10 KD have a delivery charge of 2–3 KD, depending on the location. 
• Delivery timelines start after the order has been dispatched. 
• We always try to dispatch orders within the specified working days. 

2. International Delivery 
All international shipments are delivered through DHL International Courier. 
• Delivery takes 4 to 8 working days. 
• Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight. 
• Your country may apply customs taxes or duties on arrival. 
• Customs fees are not covered by Mubaraka Hijab. 
• Customs processing may cause additional delays. 
• Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched.
